The Journey

It’s just Rachel Bilson and Melinda Clarke in the pool house today to discuss Season 3, Episode 17, “The Journey.”

It’s Ryan’s 18th birthday and the ladies break down the ending of Ryan and Marissa, making mix cds and Sadie and Ryan’s chemistry.  Melinda also talks about fainting spells and Rachel discusses her time on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and 8 Simple Rules. 

The Journey synopsis:  The Cohens throw Ryan a party for his eighteenth birthday and Ryan can't decide whether or not to invite Marissa after their break-up.  Sandy tries to track down Dawn to surprise Ryan. Meanwhile, Summer confronts Julie about her and her dad dating and Marissa crashes into an old memory and grows closer to Volchok.
