Let Go of 'Important Thoughts'
Kessonga explains how "important" thoughts might come up when we meditate, but we don't have to feel pressure to expect them, or even remember them after our practice.
Kessonga holds a Masters degree in Social Work, and is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher.
