After a successful career in the NFL (including a Super Bowl championship with his hometown team the Pittsburgh Steelers), Ryan Mundy was at a crossroad - what should he do with the rest of his life? Upon retiring, Ryan experienced depression and anxiety as he searched to find his identity after football and dove into a health and wellness journey of his own.
