On today's show I have Dr Christiane Northrup, an author, doctor and complete inspiration who has shaped my life since I first read her books when I was a teenager. Dr Northrup pioneered a movement for over 40 years educating millions around the world about uniting the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Today, we are talking about her New York Times best-selling book, Women’s Bodies, Women’s wisdom which was first released in 1994 and is now being re-released having been updated.
