Too many times in the business and coaching world I hear this phrase, "Do something different to get different results."
This is truly advice from the old world or if you want to think of a computer system, old software.
It doesn't mean it doesn't work but what it does mean is, the older and outdated the software is, the less efficient and more bugs are allowed within the system.
