Habit #6 | Fitness Challenge -- Full Press-Ups

In our sixth habit, I will be setting myself a challenge of doing full press-ups. It might sound small and might sound easy, but I have never been able to do a full press-up despite all my training - my upper body strength leaves a lot to be desired.

The only way to develop this skill, once and for all, is to practice and not only practice but start at the very beginning or bottom or whatever seems appropriate.

But that's true for anything, right? You set a goal, plot your course there and then tick off everything on the to-do...
