Teddi Mellencamp is an accountability coach who came to the realisation that the thing standing between her and the goals she wanted to achieve was her. After that lightbulb moment Teddi pieced together what else she needed to do in order to achieve her goals and exit the vicious cycle of where someone, or something, was always to blame.
