Hi, I’m Davinia Taylor and this is my new podcast ‘Hack Your Health’, a show that will educate and empower you to lead a healthier and happier life. 14 years ago I couldn't stop drinking wine, the doctors put me on antidepressants, I couldn’t control my weight, I kept yo-yo dieting and eating fast food, bread, pasta, ANYTHING to give me comfort. Today, at 45 I’m running marathons and in the best shape of my life.
