Our guest today is Marcus, who is a police officer in the Hertfordshire Constabulary. He currently works as a neighbourhood officer, which means his job can vary from discovering drug dens, to listening to people complain about their fences. Marcus also was diagnosed with autism within the last year, and he speaks very openly about how this effects and enhances his role as a policeman, and how he would like to make the police force more neurodiverse. Joe and Tom also put some tougher questions to him about the recent controversies that have been reported within the Metropolitan Police force. Oh, and Joe manages to handcuff himself of course...
