Having mainly worked in politics in Scotland and Northern Ireland, Steven explains just how important it is to fully understand the message you are wanting to convey. With a huge wealth of experience in setting up and working with focus groups, Steven talks about the process required to test messages and listen to the intended audience to really hone in on the detail of the ad campaigns and messages he has been part of creating.
