Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 - Clyde 1 Superscoreboard
All last week on Clyde 1 Superscoreboard, we’ve been supporting something far more important than football - Mental Health Awareness.
Every night on the show, we’ve been having conversations with football organisations and fans involved in the game, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. We’ve been discussing how football can support people who are struggling, and how it can have a positive impact on our mental wellbeing.
Our guests included:
- Joe McKee, the Business Development Manager from charity Back Onside, and Dumbarton F.C. player. https://backonside.co.uk/
- Isla Buchanan, a football referee and ambassador for the Scottish Football Association. https://www.scottishfa.co.uk/news/power-of-football-islas-story/
