This snippet is part of our 'Letting go of being right' episode. When we are fixed on ‘being right’, we instantly make someone else wrong, which invariably creates distance and activates the ‘fault-finding’ mindset. If you want to develop good relationships with others, it is never helpful to create a dialogue that ‘makes them wrong’. And nobody likes to be wrong! This week Lauren and Nicole tackle the very tricky task of ‘letting go of being right’.
