Is it Natural to be Negative?
On today’s episode of The Mindset Mentor Podcast where today I’m addressing the elephant in YOUR room… Yes, I meant to say it like that. What I’ve found is that there are a ton of people out there right now that are finding themselves feeling more negative than they “should” be.
I want to preface this episode by telling that there is no amount of negative or positive energy you “should” have. You are a living, breathing, human being that is going to experience all sorts of emotions in your lifetime. This is normal. What’s not normal…
Is living your life under the impression that you just have to suffer through negative thought patterns, and negative beliefs your entire life. It’s simply not true. Which is why today I’m diving deep into the negativity bias and explaining to you what it is, why it happens to you, and how you can overcome it so that you can start to live a happier, healthier, more confident life.
