206: Stepping Up For Summer
The summer step challenge is back! Join us as we aim to walk 150,000 steps over August. On average that works out less than 5,000 steps a day.
Anybody can enter, any level of fitness or from any starting base. And if it's a little easy for you, then why not challenge yourself further - can you add some different terrain? Big hills? Carrying a full rucksack?
