He wanted to enrich the lives of the community by purchasing a dilapidated apartment complex and transforming it into a desirable place to live. Greg lowered the rent and ensured his tenants were well taken care of. In the end, however, Greg’s goodwill was repaid in the most horrific way imaginable…
