#28 Private Moment - Ugo Monye on training with the best rugby player in the world
Hello all you Private Parters and welcome back to the podcast where nothing is off limits!
It's Monday and you guessed it, we are back with another Private Moment. These are where we go back into our archives to find little snippets from previous episodes for you all to enjoy.
This week, we have a clip from when former England rugby player Ugo Monye joined Jamie and Alex for a chat. In this clip, Ugo talks about how he took a year out to play rugby, broke his toe and ended up training with the best rugby player in the world, Keith Wood. He also talks about the fundamental requirements of being a professional rugby player, and the years of sacrifice he put into rugby in order to succeed as a player.
