Colombia shock Germany, Switzerland and Norway qualify

Colombia produced the shock of the tournament so far, beating one of the favourites Germany 2-1 in the final minutes of stoppage time. Group A came to an end today with Switzerland and Norway going through at the expense of co-hosts New Zealand the final round of group fixtures.
