In this week's episode, Kate Bauss shares her very first perimenopausal letter. Until now Kate's hormones have been under control, but there's been quite a gap between season 2 and season 3 and during that time things have started to kick in for poor Kate.  
Also this week, poet Holly McComish shares her harrowing story after taking the pill in the hopes it may educate other girls who might be considering going on the pill.
