The Stoltman Brothers have laid claim to the title of the World’s Strongest Brothers, and not without good reason. At a combined weight of 350kg, Luke and Tom Stoltman have amassed a plethora of titles, with Luke winning Europe’s Strongest man in 2021 and Tom twice being crowned World’s Strongest Man in 2021 and 2022.
In this episode they discuss their respective training, nutrition, sleep and recovery routines, detailing how they are able to build and maintain such herculean physiques. Interestingly, the brothers take different approaches, with Luke leaning into cold water swimming and mindfulness, and Tom taking more traditional approaches.
