Tom is a successful entrepreneur born in Ireland.
In 1979 he took over the management of the family equestrian center and when he discovered the business was not scaleable he created Horseware in 1985.
Over the years, Horseware and Tom have won numerous awards for business, innovation, and product excellence. In 2002 he was awarded The Ernst and Young Irish Industrial Entrepreneur of the Year.
He has now created Horsepal an app made to help manage your yard and training by measuring each horse's heart rate.
