By Boxlight Creative Studio

Longtime followers of Jimmy's Jobs of the Future may have picked up on the fact that I'm dyslexic, a detail that becomes even more evident if you've perused my substack. Our understanding of dyslexia and various forms of neurodiversity has significantly advanced. Much credit for this progress goes to our guest today, Dan Harris, who has served as a director at Deloitte for an impressive 22 years. Three years ago, Dan initiated the Neurodiversity in Business global charity, dedicated to supporting neurodivergent professionals and fostering a more inclusive and comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace. In this episode, we delve into the valuable contributions neurodiverse individuals bring to the table. Having dealt with the challenges of integrating such individuals into crucial sectors like government communications headquarters during my time in government, I recognize the significance of tapping into the unique brain power they possess.
