Today Jonny digs deeper into the concept of embodiment proposed and practised by Rachael Hall, an elite ballet dancer who left the stage to explore Buddhism, Pilates and the Franklin method. Rachel guests on the main episode this Thursday. This episode though is all about balance and the power of releasing ourselves from the mind and rooting back in the body. Jonny investigates the impending conflict to come from letting the mind lead us when going after our goals.
