In this episode we talk about the importance of having an Advance Care Plan in place, what it is, how you go about doing one an why it is so important.

Sacha Langton- Gilks  son DD died when he was 16 from his brain tumour.  Sacha like most people felt ill prepared and ill-informed about how to prepare for the death of a loved one. The experience inspired Sacha to write a book filled with practical advice about how to navigate the unspoken waters of dealing with all that comes with making sure your loved one has a good death.

Although Sacha&aposs book is called &aposFollow the child&apos the book and what we discuss throughout the podcast is equally relevant what ever the aged of the person with the tumour.  In this episode we talk about the importance of having an Advance Care Plan in place, what it is, how you go about doing one an why it is so important.
