The Flashlight Rapist

A Serial rapist is terrorizing Louisville, Kentucky as he blinds his victims by holding a mini-flashlight in his mouth. When he drops the tool after a victim’s boyfriend chases him from their home, a DNA profile is developed from saliva and his days as a free man are numbered.
