Frances Barwood, Phoenix Lights City Council Member

Frances Barwood was a Phoenix city council woman in March of 1997 when hundreds of people reported seeing a large triangular craft fly over the city. She took the sightings seriously, fielding phone calls from concerned citizens herself, and championing their demand that the Mayor look into the issue. She will discuss her struggle to get this important issue taken seriously.
