Gareth Southgate resigns... What now?

England manager Gareth Southgate has resigned... So who will the FA look to next, does his successor need to be English and how difficult will it be to fill his shoes?

The Sports Agents are joined by former FA Managing Director Martin Glenn - the man who hired Gareth - to reflect on that process, as well as, the true scale of Southgate's legacy, which reaches far beyond this summer's Euros in Germany.
