Session 330: RENAISSANCE Reflections
The Therapy for Black Girls Podcast is a weekly conversation with Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a licensed Psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia, about all things mental health, personal development, and all the small decisions we can make to become the best possible versions of ourselves.
Last year, Beyonce blessed us with her album ‘RENAISSANCE,’ and this year, she opened us up to her glittery, futuristic world with the RENAISSANCE World Tour. From the the viral “everybody on mute” challenge, to the collective silver fashions, and the all-around joy cultivated, it’s fair to say that the RENAISSANCE World Tour was a whole cultural phenomenon.
To reflect on our respective RENAISSANCE World Tour experiences, I’m joined today by TBG team members Lex, Nyesha, Ellice, Jayna, & Cindy. In our conversation, we chit-chat about our favorite tour performances and moments, gush over the legend that is Blue Ivy Carter, and share our predictions for the newly announced RENAISSANCE Tour movie.
