Straight Fire w/ Jason McIntyre - 'Playoff Jamal' Murray Strikes Again, LeBron's Lakers are in Trouble & Why Jimmy Butler's Career Has Been Better than Kawhi's

By iHeartPodcasts

On today’s episode, Jason and Super Producer Rob G (Robert Guerra) get the party started with a deep dive into the Denver Nuggets' Game 2 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in what sports fans now refer to as The Jamal Murray Game. As has been the case throughout his postseason career, Murray exploded in the fourth quarter to help Denver win going away. Murray has quietly been one of the best playoff performers for years so it's nice to see him getting the recognition he deserves. On the flip side, LeBron James and Anthony Davis both struggled mightily for Los Angeles as the Lakers lost consecutive games for the first time in these playoffs. Do they have what it takes to win the next two at home and even the series? The guys seem lukewarm on the possibility, at best. Later, the guys share their thoughts on Jimmy Butler's impressive postseason run and debate whether or not Butler's career has actually been better than Kawhi Leonard's and Klay Thompson's.
