Straight Fire w/ Jason McIntyre - The Draymond Stomp Game & What Jalen Hurts' Deal Means for Lamar Jackson
On today's episode, Jason gets the party started by sharing his thoughts on the Sacramento Kings' Game 2 win over the Golden State Warriors. Sacramento going up 2-0 would've been the headline were in not for Draymond Green's inexplicable chest stomp of Domantas Sabonis. Green should be suspended for Game 3. The Warriors have appeared overmatched through the first two games - both offensively and defensively - and if they don't turn things around back in Golden State they won't make it to the second round. Later, Super Producer Rob G (Robert Guerra) checks in to help break down Jalen Hurts' massive contract extension with the Philadelphia Eagles. The deal is a clear win for Hurts and only time will tell if it's a win for the Eagles, too. With Hurts signing his mega deal, all eyes now focus on Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. It's become abundantly clear that Jackson won't be getting that $250 million fully-guaranteed deal he's been seeking, but maybe he can get $180 million or so in a shorter-term deal from Baltimore; That seems to be the best compromise for all parties involved. Finally, the guys close the show by giving their Best Bets for the Tuesday night NBA postseason action.
