Just Scream and Shout
Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to letting it all out. What are you holding on to? Some of us have the tendency to hold on to feelings that are literally eating us alive. Afraid to express how we truly feel because we don’t want to offend someone else. Not realizing that with each day, hour, minute, second it eats at us alive. Whether it is a situation that you don’t agree with, death of a loved one, or not standing up for yourself. It’s time for you to express yourself.
You have every right to feel what ever it is that you feel. Now, instead of sitting back and acting as if “mums the word,” let it out! You pretending like a situation or a person has not affected you doesn’t resolve your discontentment. Instead, you’re driving yourself crazy…like literally! We are creatures created to express ourselves, so stop cutting off your oxygen!
From today on, I charge you to get like will.i.am and, “scream and shout, and let it out.” After all, freedom of expression is your right. Whether the whole world hears, or just you in the privacy of your own room. Feel what you need to feel and release it. Feelings are meant to be felt. I dare you to feel them, embrace them and heal yourself.
