Often times we find ourselves playing back old scenarios in our head of what we could have, should have or would have done differently, but the reality is, it’s not going to change anything right now, nor will stressing ourselves out about tomorrow’s tomorrow help either, so just stop. Stop robbing yourself of your peace. Your joy. Just be. Be everything that you are right here, right now. “All [we] got is right here and right now” and we gotta “make the moment last,” Break free of any expectations and only subscribe to the reality of you. Right here, Right now. Your only requirement is to just be.
