Head Baseball Coach at Campbell University Justin Haire was named the 2022 Big South Coach of the Year after leading the Fighting Camels to one of their most decorated seasons in program history. A member of the Campbell coaching staff for 15 seasons and now a three-time Big South Coach of the Year, Coach Haire joins Nick to discuss why building a positive team culture starts with leadership, how authenticity helps him develop more meaningful relationships with players, and why his program prioritizes recruits who take time outside the white lines to develop more than just baseball skills.
