Kevin Griffin is the Head Softball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Belhaven University, and his son, Konnor, is a multi-sport high school athlete, one of the top baseball players in the country, and recent LSU commit. The father-son duo join Nick to discuss why Konnor made a conscious decision to prioritize his mental health, how Kevin helped guide – but not drive – Konnor’s sports experience, and why both parents and kids should be patient and take their time throughout the college recruiting process.
