This week Kat (@kat.defatta) brought Derrick Billups (@bodybybillups) back to the show for round 2! Derrick is the owner and founder of CityFit Concierge (@cityfitconcierge) and one of Kat's good friends and personal trainer. Together they talk about perspectives and how PMA (positive mental attitude) changes the way you see and experience life. Derrick also tells us how to cultivate motivation and then asks Kat what area of our health (physical, mental spiritual) she thinks is the most important and why.
