We all deal with this: feeling totally alone and not understood on some level. Especially as moms it can feel like you are isolated and doing it all wrong when everyone else is doing it all right. I’m here to tell you, you’re crushing it. I dive into my cures for anxiety, social media resources, flowing, and why community, intentional thinking, and connection is the most important ways to cure feeling alone in my opinion.
