Today, Dan has a one-on-one chat with the rock 'n' roll accountant, Erik Solbakken!

After 26 years as a successful CPA, Erik knew it was time for a change, but he didn't know where to start! He became the youngest partner in his firm and eventually left there to start his own firm, but still felt like something was missing from his life. What followed was a journey of getting lost, trying new things and having fun along the way to find what his next chapter looks like.

Today, he's still doing work as a CPA but is also a public speaker, business adviser, author and creator of "The Accountant Success Formula." He's created strategies that has allowed him to triple his revenue, work with only the best clients and create far more time to take his daughter to and from school. Also, he just happens to be the drummer of a heavy metal band "Rain Down on the Weekends."
