Enes was raised in Turkey and moved to the United States as a teenager. In 2011, he was drafted into the NBA in the third round overall. Beyond his talent on the court, he has made a name through his outspokenness for freedom and human rights. But it’s come at a cost. Speaking out against Turkish President Erdogan led to retribution against his family. His condemnation of China led to his dismissal from the NBA. So what does Enes think about it all?
