The war in Ukraine stretches on as reports come in that Russia is using hypersonic missiles as well reports that they shelled an art school where 400 residents were taking shelter. Despite the continued onslaught, some experts say that the war could be headed toward a stalemate. Russia has mounting casualties, loss of equipment, and had their progress on the ground slow down. The thought is that Ukraine might not be able to push them out of the country, but Russia can't take more of Ukraine. Ginger Gibson, deputy Washington digital editor at NBC News, joins us for this and a preview of the confirmation hearings for Kentanji Brown Jackson.
