Mike Silver, Andy Dalton & Jerry Ferrara... Rich dials up our good pal Mike Silver, who was just announced as the newest member of the NFL Network and NFL.com family.  We're all thrilled to have Silver on board. On the show, Silver discusses what NFL fans can expect from him in his new role with NFL Media.  Up next, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton calls in from training camp. The third-year pro, who has taken his team to the playoffs in back-to-back years, discusses with Rich why simply making the playoffs isn't good enough in 2013.  Dalton also talks about what it’s like to have the fine folks at NFL Films around 24-7 filming “Hard Knocks.” We end the show with one of the nicest guys in all of Hollywood, actor Jerry Ferrara.  The big-time New York Giants fan breaks down his team’s chances in the NFC East and voices his concerns over a defense that has lost a few of its staples from years past.  Ferrara brings his "A" game to this edition of the #REP, pitching an idea for a sports movie award that fans can participate in as well.   Enjoy and, as always, thanks for downloading!
