Camilla Tominey and Gordon Rayner speak to the former prison governor Vanessa Frake-Harris who dealt with Moors murderer Myra Hindley and serial killer Rose West behind bars, and ask how to solve the crisis in our prisons.

Camilla and Gordon react to the news on a busy day of voting in Westminster, with the government’s cut to winter fuel allowance also voted through in parliament despite a threat of rebellion from Labour MPs.
