In this look back in time to the year 20010 we hear Ron opening the show talking about computer reflashing on a 2002 Mitsubishi. Computer software updates was not as common back then as it is today; Ron walks us through the process and the problems of getting it done in his shop using a mobile software company.  His first call is with Scott from NJ with some AC problems on his 94 Ford Taurus.
