In this episode, Natalie and Chantelle discuss the over-scrutiny of black women at work and the undermining of our achievements. Our conversation is fuelled by the current media commentary on American basketball player, Angel Reese. Sadly, the headlines have not focussed on her achievement of being named outstanding player on the tournament or the fact that this is the first time her team, the LSU Tigers won the tournament for the first time. Angel Reese has been topic of conversation, criticised for her conduct on the court, notably with a lack of comparison to her peers.
