In the second episode of season 8, I tell the story of serial killer Peter Moore, The Man in Black. In late 1995, cinema owner Peter Moore killed four innocent men in North Wales. He murdered John Henry Roberts, Edward Carthy, Keith Randles and Anthony Davies between September and December that year.
