On this episode of Tonight with Andrew Marr, Andrew speaks with Justice Minister Heidi Alexander as the government launches a major review of sentencing which could lead to inmates spending their sentences in "prisons outside of prison" with the increased rollout of house detention curfews and electronic tags. He also speaks with the mother of British-Egyptian political prisoner Alaa Abdel Fattah, who has been on hunger strike for three weeks to fight for the release of her daughter.
