Dr Phil just might be one of the most influential doctors in America today, and though he hasn’t practised psychology since the early 2000s, everyone who encounters him knows they’re speaking to an educated man. Today however, Dr Phil is tentatively wading into a sticky political swamp after speaking at a Donald Trump rally. Many have assumed this to be a transparent endorsement of the former president, but Dr Phil says otherwise.
