Throughout his rise to fame, Chef Tanabe stayed focused on his goal of owning world renown restaurants. Today, Tanabe owns 6 restaurants across North America with plans to open another in 2019.

Chef Tanabe has mastered the art of Kosher Cooking and takes prides in the authenticity of his recipes. He also works with Rabbi's to ensure that the ingredients he is using are 100% Kosher.
