These three are titans of the industry: Rick Stein chats to us about the rocky start to his career and how sailing around the world opened his eyes - and tastebuds - to things he could never have imagined. We also hear from James Martin and Marcus Wareing about their respective starts in the industry, the values they share and how nothing is a substitute for relentless, persistent, and often stubborn hard work!
