Koshin Paley Ellison - Being More Emotionally Vulnerable and Intimate to Build Stronger Connections
Koshin is the co-founder of the NY Zen Center for Contemplative Care, a Jungian Psychotherapist and a visionary thought leader and teacher in the world of the end of life care. He's also the author of a relatively new book called, "Wholehearted: Slow Down, Help Out, Wake Up". In this conversation, he shares why it is so important that we connect with one another with honesty and vulnerability. He shares how often we put artificial barriers between us and others -- and builds a strong case for being more emotionally intimate in all of our interactions and relationships. He suggests that more connection with each other will help us to live our lives to the fullest.
