Matty's recently tried to curate his social media a bit more to make it an intentional space, but it's gotten him into a bit of an awkward spot when his friends found out. 

Which leads us into a chat about social media etiquette and how long you can wait before unfollowing people. 

Plus we're tackling some article headlines and telling you the true story behind them. And Brook shares some moments that she's felt unsafe around paparazzi especially after the Bachelorette filming.
