Ryan is a qualified Personal Trainer and advanced strength and conditioning coach with an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from competitive athletes to professionals. Having served in the British Army, Ryan is a qualified British Military Fitness Instructor and continues to teach military fitness. Currently, Ryan is employed as a Paramedic with the London Ambulance Service where he undertakes regular service duties and also is a member of the Specialist Operations Response Team which responds to terrorism related incidents. Outside work, Ryan is a health and fitness enthusiast, enjoying competitive long distance running as well as being a keen and adventurous mountaineer.
